A viable plan seems to be:
- Run a roadway from the level crossing to Eastleigh, with an access point for a farm on the way.
- Have an entry barrier and security hut at a gate.
- Have a small "office" type building near the entrance, with a small car park.
- Run a roadway along the front to the far end. At the far end, have another car park type area.
- Have oil tanks and the "nodding donkey" pump at the far end.
- Have a small copse of trees at the far end, breaking up the view to Portsmouth.
- Have a fence along the back, inset by maybe an inch and with soft bushes behind.
- Have pipes on the "platform" with flexible pipes for each wagon.
- Periodic yard lights.
